Terran Systems, Inc.'s An Introduction to Microsoft® Networks educates your employees in the use of computers in a Windows based network environment. Depending on your own network setup, this CTC focuses on either peer-to-peer or server-client configurations. Your employees will learn the difference between local and networked resources, how to find and share files on a network and how to use various networked applications and data.
After completing this CTC, your staff will be able to use multiple printers on a network, use and share files and troubleshoot common network problems. Your staff will have a fundamental understanding of windows based networks, their terminology and how they work thereby preventing many common user-end problems.
